George Sinclair Memorial Trophy

The George Sinclair Bonspiel is played in honour of the former head iceman at Kirkcaldy who worked at the rink in the 80s and 90s. This year it will be played on Monday 11 January.

The bonspiel is won by the highest up rink. The holders are Boreland CC who won the 2025-26 match.

The fixtures are:

THORNTON v LARGO

RAITH & ABBOTSHALL v BORELAND

BANK OF SCOTLAND v HERCULES LADIES

INVERKEITHING v MARKINCH

HERCULES v ABERDOUR

Overall result of the Bonspiel is decided by:

Shots up, and then if shots up equal…

Shots for, and then…

Ends won.

In the unlikely event that all these are the same for two or more teams, there will be joint winners.
